This role involves leading the development of electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation (EICA) designs for complex, high-value projects. Responsibilities include producing electrical calculations, schematics, and technical specifications, managing the electrical scope across multiple projects, and providing technical support during installation and commissioning.
Design and develop PLC software for bespoke industrial automation systems across automotive, food & beverage, aerospace, and pharmaceutical sectors. Work through full project lifecycle from software design to commissioning, configure VFDs, servo drives, and fieldbus networks, and support on-site testing and customer handover. Collaborate with engineering teams and travel to client sites across the UK.
