Electrical Design Engineer - Oxford - £42,000 - Automation Machinery

My client is seeking a keen and enthusiastic Electrical Design Engineer to work in their head-office in Oxford. The role will utilise AutoCAD Electrical to design panels and electrical schematics for small retro-fit camera systems through to large industrial automation machinery.

The Role:

Dive headfirst into industrial automation by developing ground-breaking designs.
You'll be empowered to bring your ideas to life through designs, architectural diagrams and schematics within AutoCAD Electrical, all the while receiving guidance from our experienced Design Manager.
Operate within the Design team while actively partnering with the Applications Engineering team to ensure projects are delivered on time and with precision.
Not only will you design and direct machine builds, but you'll also have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the hands-on electrical build of innovative systems when needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ years of industry experience.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD Electrical or similar package.
Understanding of electrical control gear and industrial automation would be desirable.
Educated to degree level preferably in Electrical Engineering or related fields is desirable.
