Are you a seasoned Structural Engineer looking to make a significant impact with your expertise? Enjoy being client-facing and motivated by the prospect of progression? We are working with a leading consultancy in Berkhamsted looking for an experienced Structural Engineer specialising within data centres.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the structural design process from conception to completion. Ideally, you will be a chartered (or working towards) Engineer who can demonstrably perform as Principal Structural Engineer.

    What You Need To Succeed
  • Ability to lead and manage structural engineering projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Competent conducting structural analysis and design, with particular expertise in data centres.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds, Robot and/or MasterSeries.
  • Able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Confident communicator, able to explain engineering concepts clearly and simply to a range of stakeholders.
  • Chartered with IStructE or ICE (or working towards).
  • MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
