Are you a Projects Lead in the Tamworth area with experience delivering large-scale projects in warehouse or fulfilment environments? Our prestigious client is a an established, household name within the Consumer Goods manufacturing sector and boasts a Billion Pound Turnover! This role is all about driving excellence across operations, being continuously on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and consistently influencing and driving positive change.

Your role will include end-to-end project ownership, leading major capital projects from concept to delivery, spanning warehouse automation, infrastructure upgrades, and new site development. You will be delivering large-scale site upgrades and physical expansions while ensuring operational continuity and excellence. You'll be project managing the deployment of advanced technologies including robotics, conveyors, ASRS, and Warehouse Management Systems.
