Develop wearable soft robotic devices that deliver assistive forces and joint torques for upper-body movement, combining soft actuation, device fabrication and experimental biomechanics. Design and test actuators, characterise joint assistance and load transfer, and collaborate with biomechanical modelling and robotics researchers. Fixed-term post funded by UKRI within RADlab at the Department of Engineering Science.
