You will be responsible for

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be at the critical intersection of electrical engineering and advanced automation. You'll maintain the complex systems that power our national distribution network, applying your expertise to:

Reactive and planned maintenance of automated machinery, maintain, and repair systems to industry standards.
Conduct routine inspections and propose solutions for potential issues.
Monitor system performance and optimise efficiency.
Collaborate on preventative maintenance and continuous improvement programs.
Confidently Interact with External Contractors: Coordinating repairs seamlessly.
Work Collaboratively with the Team: Be a great colleague who understands the importance of quality service.
Keeping our stores operating smoothly by maintaining equipment and facilities.
This position is working Panama shift 2's & 3's across day and nights

Responsibilities will include;

Responsible for performing malfunction and maintenance work as well as carrying out preventive and periodic maintenance, in collaboration with colleagues. Following the planned work schedule to achieve first time fix, improving efficiency, and effectiveness.
Resolving electrical, mechanical technical faults
Working closely with team members, sharing best practice and knowledge.
General day to day maintenance duties.
Representing the brand by demonstrating our core values maintaining a positive attitude & taking pride in wearing the uniform.
Supporting a diverse and inclusive culture.

You will need

As a vital part of our Maintenance team, you will demonstrate enthusiasm for maintaining high standards. With previous experience in a maintenance, engineering, or industrial environment, you will be digitally confident using a tablet to view daily work schedules and manage emails.

Operational Skills:

Apprentice trained or City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering/ Maintenance or similar.
Experience within an FMCG / MHE manufacturing or automated environment
Proficient communication skills
Ability to work in a time critical environment.
Health & Safety awareness
