  Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor Heads of Sales & Marketing, Operations, Quality, Safety, and Engineering.
  
  
• Own the Numbers: Take full P&L responsibility, monitor budgets, and optimize revenue streams.

  What We’re Looking For
  
  
• A strategic thinker with a degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  
  
• 10+ years of senior management experience in a tech or engineering environment.
  
  
• A proven leader with a track record of delivering growth, optimizing operations, and fostering high-performing teams.
  
  
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contract negotiations, P&L management, and business development.
  
  
• An excellent communicator with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
