FLT Reach Truck (6am-6pm)

As a Reach Truck Operative, you’ll be working in our busy operations department, as part of the onboarding process via Pertemps, there will be training given during inductions.

Working Week: 4 ON / 4 OFF working pattern
Working Hours: 6AM-6PM (48 hours per week)
Basic Hourly Rate: £12.21per hour (+ £60.67 per month skill allowance)
OT 1 for day 5 is £14.97
OT 2 for day 6 is £18.00
Willing to pay as an attendance bonus £50 per rota for 5-6 weeks providing no sick/fails etc, which would be an extra £300 paid at the end.There will always be opportunity for candidates to be eligible to Temp to Perm opportunities, this will of course be based on your overall performance, and when there is availability for the client to onboard permanently.

Reach drivers with some counterbalance work
Pallets racked 6 high, and they have a robotic shuttle to access to 35 deep
Product is pop, fizzy/dilute bottles
Targets are 16 pallets per hour to put away & 12 pick
Safety on site AT ALL TIMES is paramount
What a typicalday looks like:

Driving mainly the Reach Truck in a safe manner
Moving pallets loading with stock
Using an EWM system with the use of a scanner
Hygiene tasks as well as any other warehouse duties that are required
Considerations for assignment:

Possess a current Reach Truck FLT licence
Have prior Reach Truck experience
(EWM experience would be very advantageous)
Must be comfortable with heights.
Possess basic IT skills
Have an interest or previous experience in Warehousing and FLT work
