We're working with a leading international consulting engineering firm as they continue to grow their UK presence. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality structural solutions across a broad range of sectors, they are now looking to add a Graduate Structural Engineer to their team in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about structural engineering and eager to work on innovative projects from day one.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting in the design and analysis of building structures using industry-standard software

  • Supporting senior engineers on a range of live projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors

  • Producing detailed calculations, drawings, and reports

  • Attending design meetings and collaborating with architects, contractors, and fellow engineers

  • Learning from a supportive, experienced team committed to your professional development

    What we're looking for:

  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng or BEng)

  • A keen interest in building structures and sustainable design

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Some knowledge of structural design software (e.g. Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, or similar) is desirable

  • Eagerness to work towards chartership with the IStructE or ICE
