We’re recruiting a motivated and technically minded Sales Representative to support and grow our well-established customer base across Berkshire and Surrey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, has a passion for machinery and wants to be part of a business that is trusted by professional turf managers and local authorities alike.

    Duties:

    Due to exciting changes and new premium brand partnerships, we’re investing in this region and need someone who can:

  • Sell professional Groundcare equipment across Berkshire and Surrey. Building relationships with both existing & new customers.

  • Represent cutting-edge autonomous tech and trusted industry brands.

  • Provide expert guidance on technical specs and usage post-sale.

  • Conduct demonstrations and attend industry shows as a brand ambassador.

  • Manage your own sales pipeline, territory planning.

    Requirements:

  • Groundcare, machinery, dealership sales experience, or a course manager, greenkeeper or a Technician / Engineer ready to make the move into a commercial role

  • Prior work in turf, golf, sports, estate management roles I preferred.

  • Strong communicator and confident negotiator.

  • Target-driven and commercially aware.

  • Organised with high attention to detail.

  • Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).

  • Full UK driving licence – willing to obtain trailer licence.

  • Available to work out of our Stockbridge branch (SO20 6JR) 1-2 days per week.
