Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant

Competitive Salary & Uncapped Earnings: €34,000 basic for Bachelor's degree holders, €35,000 for Master's degree holders, €37,000 for candidates with a degree and B2-level German proficiency. First-year OTE: €45k; second-year OTE: €70-80k; third-year OTE: €90-100k.
