A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of our trusted clients based in Derby. They are a team of professional surveyors carrying out works across the UK. Our client are committed to the provision of a wide range of professional measurement services including topographical surveys, measured building surveys and underground utility surveys. Providing the highest-quality geospatial services while also protecting the environment, they use the latest technology, including GNSS systems, robotic total stations with reflector-less technology, 3D modelling software and 3D laser scanners.
Due to company growth and a large influx of projects, they are now seeking a Land Surveyor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of land and topographical survey projects, primarily across the East Midlands. This role is open to all experience levels.
Responsibility & Duties

  • Conduct topographical surveys to a high standard using modern survey equipment, including robotic total stations and GNSS systems.
  • Create detailed AutoCAD drawings and 3D models from survey data.
  • Perform measured building surveys, including floor plans, elevations, and sections as a Land Surveyor
  • Work effectively in a variety of environments, including rural and urban sites a Land Surveyor
    Experience & Qualification
  • Proven experience working as a Land Surveyor.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with 3D modelling software.
  • Strong knowledge of topographical survey methods and measured building surveys as a Land Surveyor
  • Experience using modern survey equipment, such as GNSS systems, total stations, and laser scanners.
  • A full UK driving licence
