Role: Maintenance Team Leader

Shift: 4 on 4 off DAYS Only

Salary: £51,000 basic – + quarterly Bonuses – OTE = £60,000+

Location: Sittingbourne

The Role

As a Maintenance Team Leader, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Fault finding on electrical components such as sensors, relays, contactors, inverters etc.
Repairing mechanical components such as bearings, sprockets, shafts, rollers etc.
Working on conveyors, extruders, wire cutters, kilns, packaging machines, robots etc.
Promote and encourage a culture of Continuous Improvement
Inspire your team to perform to the best of their abilities
About You

The ideal Maintenance Team Leader will have the following:

A recognised engineering qualification
Strong experience within a factory environment
Maintenance planning, scheduling or some examples of leadership experience
A sound understanding of key mechanical and electrical functions
