Lead a High-Performing Maintenance Team in a Market-Leading Business

Are you a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor ready to take the next step into leadership? Our client, a well-established and reputable company with over 80 years of industry experience, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and develop a highly automated maintenance team in Aldridge.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role while still being hands-on with cutting-edge technology, including robotics, conveyors, and presses. With a strong focus on training and progression, you will have access to industry-leading development programs to enhance both your technical and leadership skills.

The Role: Maintenance Supervisor

Lead, mentor, and support a team of maintenance engineers to ensure high performance.
Coordinate and oversee both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime.
Take ownership of continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure health & safety standards and compliance regulations are met.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Collaborate with other departments to drive a culture of excellence and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For: Maintnenance Supervisor

A Level 3 or above engineering qualification.
Previous experience in a leadership in Team leader, supervisor or senior role
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
A positive and adaptable mindset to drive improvements.
