Gi Pro are proud to be working in partnership with an international known automotive manufacturing company based in Telford. Due to increased expansion and workload this is an exciting time to join a world renowned company.

Job Role:

Multi Skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer Team Leader, you will be tasked for carrying out reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance for electrical and mechanical equipment onsite.

Typical Duties will involve:

Provide team leadership and manage the day to day workload, PPM's and TPMs
Continue to drive improvement and upskilling throughout the maintenance team
Monitor issues, KPI's and coordinate workloads with structured allocated duties.
Be proactive for carrying out planned maintenance duties
Assist with breakdowns when needed, communicate clearly with affected parties, and work efficiently to fix the issue.
Manage new Installations of electrical and mechanical machinery
Adhere to health & safety, and food safety procedures
Maintain documentation, log all breakdowns and servicing work

Desirable experience

Multi skilled with pneumatic and hydraulic experience
Experience with equipment ranging from sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics conveyors and robotics
Multi skilled with pneumatic and hydraulic experience
Siemens PLC and ABB robot experience
Health and Safety conscious
Automated experience
Previous leading and developing a team is essential
