We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help optimize our processes, ensure top-tier product quality, and drive efficiency across our production lines.

Responsibilities

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Optimize Manufacturing Processes โ€“ Develop and implement cost-effective, high-efficiency production methods.

  • Enhance Product Quality โ€“ Monitor, test, and refine manufacturing processes to maintain exceptional quality standards.

  • Equipment Oversight โ€“ Ensure machinery is properly maintained, repaired, and optimized for smooth operations.

  • Data-Driven Improvements โ€“ Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and boost performance.

  • Lead Projects โ€“ Manage continuous improvement initiatives in cost reduction, process efficiency, and product development.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration โ€“ Work alongside design, procurement, and quality assurance teams to align manufacturing processes with company objectives.

  • Ensure Compliance โ€“ Maintain adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.

  • Train & Mentor โ€“ Support and guide production staff on new processes and best practices.

    Qualifications

    What Youโ€™ll Bring:

    โœ… Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
    โœ… Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
    โœ… Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    โœ… Proficiency in CAD software and relevant computer programs
    โœ… Experience with injection moulding processes/equipment
    โœ… Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma certification (preferred)
    โœ… Familiarity with automation, robotics, and ERP systems
    โœ… A passion for continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation
