We're looking for a hands-on Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and long-term facility improvements in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment. This role spans electrode manufacturing, cell assembly, and module/pack assembly, with a strong focus on equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
 
The Multiskilled Maintenance Technician will:

Report and escalate health & safety concerns promptly.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and share knowledge across the team.
Support facility upgrades, installations, and improvement projects.
Lead and contribute to mid-to-long-term plant performance initiatives.
Diagnose faults across various control systems and manufacturing processes.
Maintain accurate records of work completed via CMMS.  
The Multiskilled Maintenance Technician will have:

Apprenticeship in electrical, mechanical, or engineering discipline.
ONC/HNC/HND Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
Strong automation, PLC, and robotics experience.
Ability to read and interpret engineering and schematic drawings.
Solid understanding of lean principles, TPM, and kaizen.
Experience in high-speed or precision maintenance environments.
