On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit several Production Operatives to join my client on a 12-month contract.

Role: Production Operative
Pay: £18.16 per hour via umbrella
Location: Chippenham
Contract: 39 hours per week, 4 on 4 off basis, 12 months contract
IR35 Status: Inside

Responsibilities

Removing product for repair from tote or cardboard box, making sure the label and all parts stay with the unit for repair.
Emptying the bins, blowing out the dust from cyclones, bins etc. using our dust boxes, wipe off any dust or dirt prior to booking in.
Stack empty totes on to pallets, use the Robot Wrapper to wrap the pallet for safe collection Full wrapper training will be required.
Support the recycling of our cardboard boxes by loading and emptying, if necessary, our 2 cardboard balers.
Make up all shape and size boxes and inserts in preparation for the repair to be packed and despatched back to customer.
Pack the repaired unit for return to customer making sure the correct packaging and inserts are used.

Essential Skills:

A dynamic, enthusiastic and collaborative professional, ideally with 1-2 years receiving /Warehouse Operative experience (beneficial but not essential).
Willingness to learn and join in an active, high energy and high performing team
Physically able to walk and stand throughout the shift
Experince in using in house systems
