Robot Operator
Location: Worcester (Blackpole)
Salary: £14.82/hour (10:00 pm – 6:00 am)
Shift: Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Full-time | Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor automated machinery and robotic systems according to production schedules.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimise downtime.
Troubleshoot technical issues and carry out minor repairs as required.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure all products meet the required standards.What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience operating automated machinery or robotic systems in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
