As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals on cutting-edge projects that make a tangible impact. This is an opportunity to work on ambitious industrial and data centre developments while working alongside a supportive team of experts who value innovation and growth. From designing efficient, future-ready structures to building meaningful client relationships, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving project success.
We’re seeking a motivated individual with a strong foundation in structural engineering, ideally with experience in the industrial and/or data centre sectors. While Chartered status with the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) is preferred, it’s not essential—what matters most is your passion for excellence and ability to deliver quality results. If you’re a creative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

    What You Need To Succeed
  • Proven experience in structural design, with a focus on industrial and/or data centre projects.
  • Proficiency in structural design software such as Tekla, Robot or MasterSeries.
  • Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Commitment to sustainability and innovative design approaches.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting junior engineers.
  • Chartered with IStructE or ICE (preferred but not essential).
  • MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
