    What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex machine faults across high-speed, automated production lines.

  • Acting as a process expert for specific equipment and mentoring Production Technicians.

  • Using HMI, MES, and PC-based systems for diagnostics and performance monitoring.

  • Leading small-scale improvement projects and supporting new equipment installations.

  • Driving cost, quality, and safety improvements through technical innovation.

    What You’ll Bring:

  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Electrical preferred).

  • Proven experience in high-volume, automated manufacturing environments.

  • Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

  • Experience mentoring or supervising within an engineering team.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable):

  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and servo systems.

  • SAP experience for parts ordering and data utilisation.
