Role: Structural Engineer

Salary: £35,000 to £44,000

An experienced Structural Engineer is required to join our client, who are a nationwide Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy who have a workload of 80% repeat customers, based in their Leeds office. The Structural Engineer would be working on a range of projects, however, primarily in the Residential sector, and will be rewarded with a range of excellent benefits and a salary of up to £42,000 (maybe more for an exceptional candidate).

The Structural Engineer will have development potential as the company grows, so there is a clear line to Principal and Associate positions. This opportunity will support a candidate to Chartership with the ICE or ISTructE

Structural Engineer Salary & Benefits:

Structural Engineer Job Requirements:
• A BEng or MEng Civil / Structural Engineering or Engineering Design and be a member of the relevant body such as the IStructE
• 2- 3 years' experience within a UK Consultancy
• Experience TEKLA Structural Designer, Robot and TEDDS
• Ability to design to British Standards or Eurocode
• Knowledge of steel, concrete, timber and load bearing masonry structures is essential
• Experience across several sectors - Commercial, educational, residential, health and leisure
• Experience of conceptual design, project management including programming works

• Work towards ICE / IStructE qualifications with professional support
