Love travel, planning and making a difference? This role could change your Mondays.
You're the kind of person who thrives on organising things well-down to the last detail. You enjoy working with people, juggling priorities, and solving the occasional curveball calmly.
But let's be honest-you also want a job where you're treated like a human, not a robot. You want a proper work-life balance, good people around you, and maybe even a few perks that make the day feel better.
Sound like you? Keep reading.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be coordinating group travel experiences across the UK, Europe and Worldwide-mostly for young people and schools-making sure every part of the trip runs smoothly. Think: booking coaches, hotels, experiences, and liaising with customers to tailor trips they'll remember forever.
You'll work on a varied portfolio of tours, managing multiple bookings at different stages-from planning to post-travel feedback.
You'll need to be good with systems (Microsoft Office, email, basic Excel) and even better with people-building relationships with clients, solving problems, and keeping communication clear and calm when plans change.
