Location: Brackmills, Northampton
Pay Rate: £15.38 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00
Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm

We’re recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced, high-tech distribution centre in Brackmills, Northampton.

You’ll be leading a team of warehouse operatives on the PM shift, helping drive performance, meet targets, and ensure smooth daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a warehouse that combines advanced robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and supervise a team during the PM shift

Oversee picking, packing, dispatch, and quality control tasks

*

Maintain high standards of safety and productivity

*

Support and train new starters

*

Work with warehouse systems and smart technology

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience is essential

Team leader or supervisory experience preferred

Good communication and leadership skills
