Mazco Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading precision engineering company, to recruit skilled and motivated CNC Engineers. Whether your expertise is in CNC milling, mill-turn, or both, this is your opportunity to join a growing business at the forefront of high-precision manufacturing.

The Role
You will be programming, setting, and operating advanced CNC machinery to produce components for industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, Medical, and Oil & Gas. The position offers variety, challenge, and the chance to work with cutting-edge equipment in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities



Program, set, and operate CNC machines including:

*

DMG Mori CMX 1100V

*

DMG Mori NZX 2000 (twin spindle twin turret mill-turn)

*

DMG Mori CTX beta 1250 TC (5-axis mill-turn with robotic loading)

*

Adjust and optimise programs for accuracy and efficiency

*

Create new programs on and offline

*

Machine parts to tight tolerances with precision

*

Carry out self-inspection to maintain quality

*

Work across different machines as required

*

Collaborate with the production team to meet targets

What We’re Looking For

*

Hands-on experience in CNC milling, mill-turn, or both (5-axis experience desirable)

*

Solid understanding of machining principles, tooling, and CNC techniques

*

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

*

A willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges

*

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

*

Physically capable of handling materials and finished components

Competitive salary, dependent on experience

Overtime paid at 1.5x rate

Flexible shift options:

08:00–17:00 Mon–Thu & 08:00–13:00 Fri

*

07:30–16:30 Mon–Thu & 07:30–12:30 Fri

22 days holiday + Bank Holidays (rising to 25 days)
