Tired of jobs that treat you like a robot? Looking for a role where your skills actually matter? This isn’t your standard CNC job. It’s about crafting high-end automotive components for the kind of cars most of us only dream of owning. No fluff, no filler — just serious hands-on work with impact. If you’ve got at least five years’ experience programming lathes and a background in automotive or aerospace, this could be your next move. You’ll be the go-to person for setting up and running a HAAS ST20-Y lathe — cutting, checking, and perfecting parts that go into ultra-premium cars and carbon fibre tooling. It’s detailed work, but we’re talking about high-stakes projects where quality isn’t optional. The machine shop’s the heart of what they do, and your skills help them push boundaries in design and manufacturing. They build vehicle structures, interior trims, and even restore classic high-end racing cars. It’s a small, talented team pushing to disrupt the climate tech automotive scene with fresh ideas and serious expertise. They’ve got a fully integrated facility that’s as serious about quality as they are about pushing innovation. What’s in it for you? The chance to work on intricate, meaningful projects. Plenty of autonomy. A supportive team that knows their craft. Flexibility to get your head down and do the job right. It’s a three to six-month contract, so you’re in and out with plenty of room to make an impact — no endless dead end. Who’ll thrive? Someone with a keen eye for detail, experience in automotive or aerospace environments, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. If you’re someone who loves creating precision parts that matter, this job’s for you. You’ll need to be calm under pressure, adaptable to changing demands, and happy to share your knowledge with apprentices and colleagues. Day shift, Monday to Friday — 6am to 2:30pm. Overtime is available once you’ve proven yourself. Parking’s free, and the pay’s competitive — based on your experience, of course. Fancy a chat? No pressure, no hype — just real talk. Get in touch if you’re ready to take your CNC skills to a new level in one of the coolest sectors out there
