Why does this role matter?

As a Deployment Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of Exotec's robotic automation solutions across the UK. • Define project execution strategies, governance, schedules, resources, and milestones.
  • Ensure delivery of contractual commitments, project objectives, and customer expectations.

Drive customer relationships

  • Act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for customers throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Lead steering committees, project reviews, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Build strong relationships with customer teams from operational managers through to senior leadership.

Coordinate operational execution

  • Work closely with Engineering, Integration, Operations, and Commissioning teams to ensure successful deployment.
  • Coordinate installation and commissioning activities to achieve technical and operational milestones.
  • Support system testing, acceptance processes, and operational readiness activities.

Manage risks and project governance

  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks throughout execution.
  • Maintain project risk registers and escalation plans.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage change requests and project variations.

Oversee external partners

  • Manage subcontractors and third-party suppliers involved in project delivery.
