About the Role

We're hiring anEngineering Recruitment Lead to join our Recruitment team based in London. This is not a traditional recruiting role. You will act as astrategic hiring leader embedded within engineering, responsible for delivering critical hires across robotics, AI, and hardware — at speed and quality.

You will own theend-to-end hiring strategy, build high-performance pipelines in niche domains, and continuously optimize how we attract and close top-tier talent in one of the most competitive markets globally.

What You'll Do

  • Leadend-to-end recruitment for highly specialized roles across:

    • Humanoid robotics (controls, perception, deep learning, reinforcement learning and others)

    • Embedded systems, electronics, and mechanical engineering

    • AI/ML, autonomy, and robotics software

  • Ensureroles are closed on time with strong candidate quality and high acceptance rates

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate profiles, and drive decisions

  • Workon-site daily with engineering teams to deeply understand technical needs and culture

  • Act as atrusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on expectations and hiring bar

  • Continuously improve interview processes, technical assessments, and decision-making frameworks

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies forhard-to-find, niche talent in physical AI and robotics

  • Leverage yourexisting network across humanoid robotics / robotics ecosystem

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry experts

  • Operate as amodern recruiter using AI tools, automation, and agents to increase efficiency and reach

  • UtilizeATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter as core tools, while going beyond them with creative sourcing approaches

  • Experiment with new tools, workflows, and data-driven methods to improve hiring outcomes

  • Own and track hiring funnel metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, pipeline quality)

  • Identifybottlenecks in the hiring process and implement solutions quickly

  • Provideregular, data-backed updates to leadership and hiring teams

  • Conduct1:1s with senior recruiters, mentoring and elevating hiring capabilities across the team

  • Help define and scale best practices for technical recruiting in a deep-tech environment

  • Contribute to building ahigh-performance talent function aligned with company growth

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leadingtechnical recruiting for complex engineering roles (hardware + software)

  • Deep expertise and network within:

    • Humanoid robotics / robotics / physical AI ecosystem

  • Strong understanding of engineering domains:

    • Robotics systems, embedded systems, AI/ML, autonomy

  • Track record ofclosing high-impact roles in competitive markets

  • Experience working closely withengineering stakeholders in fast-paced environments

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • ATS platforms (e.g. Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby)

    • LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques

  • Strong adoption ofAI tools, automation, and innovative sourcing strategies

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to diagnose pipeline issues and optimize processes
