Transform Global Logistics with Cutting-Edge Robot Technology

Our client is an innovative robotics company that's revolutionising the warehousing and logistics industry through advanced automation and data intelligence.

About

This isn't your typical robotics startup. Our client combines infectious enthusiasm with deep expertise across manufacturing, AI, and software development. They're building advanced software powered by cutting-edge robots that are genuinely transforming global logistics operations.

With a high-performance, high-reward culture built on innovation and collaboration, they're looking for passionate engineers who want to turn theory into tangible results. This is a place where the best ideas win, careers are defined, and you'll have all the tools you need to make your mark.

The Role

As an Embedded Firmware Engineer, you'll be instrumental in delivering complex and reliable embedded solutions for state-of-the-art robot platforms. You'll work at the exciting intersection of hardware, software, and electronics, helping to shape and deploy firmware that meets demanding performance, reliability, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Firmware Development & Delivery

  • Design, implement, and optimise firmware for in-house electronics built on STM32 (FreeRTOS) platform

  • Rapidly prototype and iterate to balance quick value delivery with quality and rigorous testing

  • Collaborate across functional teams (hardware, software, electronics) to define and refine requirements and interfaces

    Fast Iteration & Testing

  • Drive rapid development cycles with continuous improvement and comprehensive testing protocols

    What They're Looking For

Our client values attitude, humility, and character as much as technical talent. They encourage applications even if you feel you only meet part of the criteria - diversity drives their innovation.

    Essential qualities:

  • Passion for robotics and turning concepts into real-world solutions

  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across disciplines

  • Hunger to learn, grow, and make your mark

  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

    Why This Opportunity?

✓ Revolutionary Impact - Be part of something that's genuinely transforming industry

✓ Foundation Stage - Join while they're still in growth phase; shape the future direction

✓ Career-Defining Role - High-performance environment where excellence is the standard

✓ International Culture - Friendly, diverse, and energetic work environment

✓ Cutting-Edge Technology - Work with advanced robotics platforms and modern embedded systems

The Opportunity Doesn't Present Itself Every Day

This is your chance to be part of something truly revolutionary. If you're passionate about robotics and ready to turn dreams into reality, we want to hear from you
