Maintenance Manager

Role Overview:
As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our automated warehouse systems, ensuring reliability, safety and efficiency. You will lead a team of technicians, develop preventative maintenance strategies and play a key role in optimising system performance.

Key Responsibilities as Maintenance Manager:

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, training and performance oversight.
  
  
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize uptime and minimise operational disruption.
  
  
• Oversee troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance of complex warehouse automation equipment.
  
  
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance reliability.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements across all maintenance activities.
  
  
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to support installations, upgrades and technical improvements.
  
  Skills & Experience:
  
  
• Proven experience managing maintenance teams, ideally within warehouse automation, logistics, or industrial environments.
  
  
• Strong technical understanding of automated systems, robotics, conveyors and control systems.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance programs.
  
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop technical staff.
  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  
  
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices in maintenance operations.
