Job Title: Maintenance Shift Manager

Location: Newbridge, Ireland

Shift Pattern: Suez Shift Pattern (Days&Nights)

Salary: €70,750 per annum + benefits

We’re looking for a Maintenance Shift Manager to take charge of a multi-skilled team of engineers ensuring optimal equipment performance and reliability for a brand new site based in Newbridge.

What You’ll Do:

* Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support within your discipline (electrical, mechanical, or multiskilled).

* Conduct technical audits, manage spare parts inventory, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

* Lead, mentor, and develop your team, including performance management and shift planning.

* Promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with risk assessments, method statements, and site procedures.

* Maintain excellent relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring service levels are met.

What We’re Looking For:

* ONC/HNC or Full B-Tech in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.

* Technical Expertise: Experience with conveyors, sorters, cranes, robotics, PLC/control systems, and CMMS/PPM processes.

* Leadership & Influence: A strong leader who can motivate, coach, and drive cultural change.

* Ability to work at heights up to 30M on MEWP platforms if required.
