With full autonomy and complete P&L responsibility, you will define and execute the company's strategic direction while driving sustainable growth, operational excellence and commercial performance. Operating across the BMS, HVAC/R, sensors, controls and integrated systems sectors, the business delivers engineered solutions that support mission-critical environments where technical expertise, reliability and long-term customer relationships are fundamental.

The person:

You will be an experienced Managing Director, General Manager or Divisional Director with a demonstrable track record of leading engineering, technical or industrial businesses with full commercial accountability.
Your background is likely to include:

• Full P&L ownership with responsibility for delivering sustainable revenue and profit growth.
• Leadership within engineered products, building technologies, controls, HVAC, BMS, automation or technical solutions businesses.
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities while maintaining operational excellence.
• Experience developing high-performing leadership teams and creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
• The credibility and presence to influence at Board level and build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers and Group stakeholders.
• A leadership style that combines strategic thinking with pragmatism, integrity and a genuine passion for developing people.
