The client has an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter to join their team. This position is well-suited to a person who is ideally having Mechanical Fitter

Responsibilities:

Hands-On Assembly & Integration

Build electro-mechanical and mechatronic assemblies according to CAD, drawings, and work instructions.

Perform precise mechanical assembly, harness routing, sensor installation, and connectorization.

Support first-article builds, iterations, and rapid design changes.

Flag issues early and collaborate with engineering to implement fixes.

Support Validation, Debug & Test

Assist in functional testing of subassemblies.

Identify and resolve build or performance issues in real time.

Work closely with test and integration teams to ensure system readiness.Maintain Build Quality & Traceability

Follow prototype production processes, including documentation and version control.

Record issues, improvements, and build feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab and build environments.

Requirements:

you'll be responsible for assembling, reworking, and troubleshooting different systems that are ranging from subassemblies to full integrated prototypes. You'll work directly with hardware engineering, systems integration, test, and advanced manufacturing to ensure our builds are executed accurately and efficiently, supporting a fast-paced R&D environment where every day counts.
