Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer 

Daventry 3-Shift £50K

A well-established manufacturing business in Daventry is looking to add an experienced Maintenance Technician to its Power Systems operation. This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week on a three-shift rotating pattern.

 The RoleKey responsibilities include:

Fault finding and repair of plant and machinery, including automated production lines, nut runners and test cells

Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to schedule

Fast response to breakdowns and production issues

Robotic loading/unloading cells

Pick-and-place systems

Gearboxes, bearings, chains and belts

Pumps, valves and actuators

Control panels, MCCs and motor drives

Inverters, VFDs and servo drives

About YouTo be considered, you’ll need:

A recognised apprenticeship (time-served electrician or mechanical fitter)

Experience in PPM and reactive maintenance

Background working on automated manufacturing lines

Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLCs (advantageous, not essential)
