PLC Programmer - Role Highlights

Lead programming, troubleshooting, and optimization of PLC-based control systems (ladder logic, function block, structured text, etc.).
Perform preventative maintenance, system diagnostics, and logic modifications in live, mission-critical environments.
Deliver expert-level technical support, rapidly resolving complex faults with reliable, long-term solutions.
Design, test, and update PLC programs, HMI/SCADA graphics, and integrations with third-party equipment and control systems.
Maintain strong knowledge of PLC hardware/software platforms and stay current with industry standards and automation best practices.What You Bring

Strong background in industrial automation and controls, with hands-on expertise in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, or similar platforms).
Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain complex control systems across diverse applications.
Experience mentoring junior programmers/technicians and serving as a subject matter expert in automation and controls.What's Offered
