The Role – Powder Coater
Reporting to the Operations Manager, as a Powder Coater you’ll be working as part of a friendly and dedicated team. You will be required to:

• Prepare part surfaces for paint
  
  
• Load and unload the oven
  
  
• Mask and de-mask parts
  
  
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  
  
• Carry out other general factory duties as required
  
  
• Check individual components and clean and de-grease industrial products
  
  
• Coat a wide range of bespoke industrial products and parts
  
  
• Inspect the final product to ensure a high-quality finish
  
  The Package
  
  As a Powder Coater you will be working Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:45pm, and will benefit from:
  
  • Hourly rate will be up to £13.80 with the level dependent on proven experience
  
  • Paid overtime available from time to time
  
  • Contributory pension scheme
  
  • 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays (Pro-rata for 4 day week)
  
  • Permanent contract
