We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AI Lead to join our client's team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and expanding their product offerings, and process efficiencies through the use of AI.
You will assist with the development, deployment, and maintenance of any AI touch points.

You will focus on the strategic direction and implementation of AI within the organisation, focusing on speeding up processes, making efficient cost and time savings, as well as enabling AI to be a game changer for the business.

As an AI Lead, you will work closely with their technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the proper functioning of AI systems, support hardware setups, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Good communication and people skills are essential to make the most of this role.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about AI technology.

Experience:
Experience working with AI systems, machine learning models, or related technologies using Microsoft AI tools and Azure.

Technical Skills Needed

Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
Experience in Microsoft Azure as well as Microsoft AI tools (Copilot) is a must.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Understanding of system architecture and hardware requirements for AI systems.
Knowledge of data pre-processing and management tools is desirable. The role will be remote with occasional travel to the office.

Salary is up to £90k basic + bonus + benefits.
