AI Consultant – Birmingham – Salary is Dependent on experience

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered exclusively with an Engineering firm in Birmingham who are now looking to kickstart a brand new portfolio of products that they want to implement AI and Digital transformation principles into.

The company are in a highly lucrative industry with excellent scope for new R&D and project development. They are looking for an experienced AI Consultant with solid experience building R&D teams, leading the Architecture of brand new projects and ideally someone with a background in hands on Machine Learning principles.

As an AI Consultant, you will be the go to in the business for the numerous projects the company is looking to develop. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who is looking to be part of a well known companies plan for growth!

Due to the initial onboarding and develop, this will initially be onsite with more remote working later on. This company does not provide sponsorship.

Key Skills:

  • Masters or PhD in Machine Learning, Physics or Similar

  • 8+ years commercial experience working on Machine Learning projects with hands on experience in Architecture design for new projects.

  • 4+ years experience leading technical projects and teams

  • A background in C++ and Python or similar languages

  • Excellent experience dealing with stakeholders and decision makers

  • Previous experience being part of the hiring process is highly desirable.
