As an Automation Manager at Hyde, you will lead the delivery of automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance the customer experience. Key Duties

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision and roadmap for automation in line with Hyde’s digital transformation goals.

  • Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and optimisation of automation solutions to improve workflows and service delivery.

  • Collaborate with service teams and stakeholders to identify, design, and embed scalable automation solutions.

  • Monitor emerging technologies and recommend fit-for-purpose tools to enhance organisational performance.

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure solutions meet Hyde’s architecture, security, and service standards.
