Key Responsibilities

Set and operate horizontal and vertical CNC turning machinery.
Manufacture high-precision components to tight tolerances for demanding applications.
Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Maintain exceptional standards of quality, accuracy, and cleanliness.
Carry out routine maintenance and ensure maximum machine efficiency.
Collaborate effectively within a skilled team to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating CNC turning machines in a precision engineering environment.
Confident working to tight tolerances across a variety of materials.
Proficient with Fanuc programming.
Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical, quality-driven mindset.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Solid mechanical understanding and competence with hand tools.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing top-quality work.
Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Competitive Pay: £18.00 – £21 per hour (depending on experience).
