The Role

The Head of Computing will:

• Provide strategic leadership and management for the entire Computing department.
  
  
• Oversee curriculum design, assessment, and the quality of teaching and learning across KS3-5.
  
  
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of skilled Computing teachers.
  
  
• Manage departmental resources and budget effectively.
  
  
• Promote extracurricular computing activities, robotics, and digital literacy across the school.
