    I am recruiting for a Director of Growth with a fast-growing B2B tech events company that is driving Europe's Deep Tech Revolution. They are building Europe's leading deep tech capital and customer acquisition marketplace, combining a business intelligence and matchmaking platform with a flagship conference.

    As Director of Growth you will drive revenue, partnerships, and brand as the company scales rapidly. You will own the revenue vertical of the company while shaping the future of their platform and ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Revenue - Lead ticket sales and partnership objectives and key results, directly driving business growth
    Value Proposition - Co-design market strategy and tailor offers to corporates, startups, scale-ups, and investors
    Brand - Elevate the company presence in Europe's tech ecosystem through impactful campaigns, a refreshed website, and a redefined partnership approach
    Operations - Contribute to product development, event exhibitions, and future international expansion
    Account Management - Support key accounts post-sales, ensuring long-term partner success
    Leadership - Work closely with the founders to shape company culture, structure, and strategy while delivering on their mission

    About You:

    3-5 years' experience in commercial roles within conferences, platforms, marketplaces, venture capital or startups
    A proven track record of closing deals with enterprise customers and navigating corporate procurement processes
    A strong network across startups, investors, and corporates
    Ability to understand client needs quickly and manage the full deal lifecycle
    Capability to generate new partnership leads from corporates and service providers
    Interest in Deep Tech sectors such as AI, biotech, space, clean energy, future computing, advanced materials, mobility, and robotics
    Comfort in a start-up environment where resources are tight, learning curves are steep, and autonomy is essential
