Days Monday – Friday flexi-time 6am-2pm / 7am-3pm etc.  

This is an unbelievable opportunity for an electrically biased maintenance engineer or electrical engineer to work with an fmcg business who are booming and investing heavily into automation, this role is a large focus on project work - around 60%, they have loads of exciting projects currently and a huge budget. Other duties involved facilities (20%) and reacting to breakdowns (20%). You MUST have experience interrogating and fault finding on either Siemens/Allen Bradley or Omron.  

The company turn over millions of pounds and have 9 automated lines across a large plant. The environment is exceptionally clean and spacious. They manufacture niche products for a variety of industries. This is a great opportunity to work with state of the art machinery including an array of ABB pick and place robots. There is also PLC training involved (external course) and progression route to electrical team leader in the future.

Experience required for the electrical engineer / electrical maintenance engineer:

Exp. working as an electrically biased maintenance engineer or electrical engineer for at least 5 years
Must have experience interrogating and fault finding with PLC's 
Familiar with all types of AC /DC motors and associated control systems
Must have experience with control panels 
Sound knowledge of 415V, 3 phase, 240v single phase electrical installation 
Ability to read and fault find electrical and schematic drawings
Attitude is key for this role, loads of development and progression opportunities for the electrical maintenance engineer
