Maintenance Technician – Electrically Bias

The Role

The aim of this position is to be responsible for the maintenance and repairs to mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure that the standards of the Maintenance Department are sustained

  • Ensure that all TPM's and PM's are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

  • All plant and associated equipment are kept clean, tidy and in a serviceable state

  • All daily service checks are completed as per schedule i.e. compressor and chiller checks

  • Update the maintenance database with all work carried out

  • Completion of Company documentation in its entirety and in a timely manner

  • To be available for overtime as and when required

  • Ensure that Health & Safety requirements are met and adhered to

  • Comply with the Spares tracking process

  • Continuous Improvement projects

  • Stand in for other members of the team where required

  • Remain flexible to changing operational requirements

    What will you bring to the party?

  • Educated to HNC/HND in related discipline.

  • Experience with ABB Robots or similar

  • Experience of working in a fast-moving environment

  • Strong Electrical and Mechanical (hydraulics) knowledge

  • Resourceful and self-motivated, able to manage multiple deliverables

  • A challenging and enquiring mindset
