The client is seeking a Field Installation & Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of bespoke robotic equipment at customer sites across the South M5 region.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business delivering highly specialised healthcare automation solutions that transform the efficiency and safety of modern pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, servicing, and repair of advanced automation equipment.

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective on-site solutions.

  • Keep accurate service logs and communicate findings to management.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • A relevant technical qualification (e.g. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Diploma or similar).

  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on installation of heavy systems (up to 12 tonnes).

  • Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and/or electronic systems.

  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the region.

  • Valid passport and openness to undertake training in Europe
