Graduate Embedded Software Engineer | Reading | £30-35k

Are you a recent graduate looking for a chance to rapidly develop your skills?

A scale-up company in Reading is looking for someone to gain hands-on experience across a wide tech stack, focusing on embedded systems with AI.

You'll be working directly with a fantastic group of multi-disciplinary engineers, all focused on a clear goal. They create an innovative, growth-focused environment to give you a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills to the next level & grow with the team.

Responsibilities as an Embedded Software Engineer:

  • Develop & maintain systems with immediate, real-world applications

  • Build AI models

  • Contribute to data handling systems in AWS

    Required skills for an Embedded Software Engineer:

  • 2:1 or higher in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic, or other engineering discipline

  • Experience with Python, C++, and Computer Vision

    Desirable skills:

  • Experience developing MCUs

  • AWS experience

  • Electronic circuit design experience

  • Experience with industry regulations
