Excellent opportunity for an HSE professional to join a dynamic technical business at the intersection of innovation and energy.

This company has been at the cutting edge in the energy industry for over 20 years, supporting global projects with high-tech tools and robotics. They are growing, agile, and highly respected by international clients, perfect for a health and safety specialist who wants their work to be visible and valued.

In this varied role, you'll take charge of all things HSE across field operation, logging accidents, managing risk assessments, keeping site records accurate, and you'll also provide wider administrative and logistical support, including booking travel and accommodation. It's a mixed role, with hybrid flexibility and plenty of scope to make it your own.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on HSE experience within construction or engineering field operations, combined with strong organisational skills. NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications are essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work somewhere meaningful, your input will keep people safe and directly support innovation across high-profile projects.

The Role:

Maintain HSE records and incident logs across field operations
Conduct and review risk assessments; coordinate accident reporting
Oversee travel and accommodation bookings for staff
Provide administrative support to the wider team
Hybrid role, with on-site presence in Bishop's Stortford
The Person:

Experienced in HSE within construction, engineering, or similar field operations
NEBOSH-qualified or equivalent
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Comfortable managing both compliance and logistical duties
Proactive and adaptable, able to thrive in a small but busy team
