Shift Pattern: 3 Shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) Monday to Friday

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Injection Moulding Setter to join a hands-on team and work alongside the new Factory Manager. This role is crucial in optimising production processes and continuously improving the factory. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production processes and optimise machine cycle times
  
• Carry out tool changeovers
  
• Perform basic mechanical fault finding
  
• Use a forklift to transport material to our 19 presses
  
• Communicate shift priorities and numbers in handover documents
  
• Manage the tidiness of our tooling racks and masterbatch areas
  
• Continuously look for equipment, software, and process improvement opportunities
  
• Follow onsite safety requirements and assist others in maintaining a safe work environment
  Key Requirements:
  
• Previous injection moulding experience is essential
  
• A "slow down, to speed up" mindset
  
• Experience working with various moulding machines, robots, sprue pickers, and granulators
  
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  
• Enthusiastic about making suggestions and contributing to continuous improvement
