Job Title: Injection Moulding Setter

Location: Coventry

Shift : Nights Mon-Wed 16:45 – 06:15 (13 hrs shift)

Salary: £36, 000 on days for three months’ probation/ training

£39,000 on nights with shift allowance

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join a fast paced manufacturing team. You’ll be setting, operating and maintaining machines, keeping production running smoothly while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Duties of the Role:

  • Setting and running injection moulding machines

  • Installing/removing mould tools

  • Troubleshooting production issues

  • Carrying out routine maintenance

  • Supporting TPM and continuous improvement

  • Maintaining 5S and good housekeeping

  • Running new tool trials

  • Working closely with engineers and quality teams

  • Ensuring smooth shift handovers

    Desired Experience:

  • Strong mould tool knowledge

  • Experience with Fanuc robots

  • Twin-shot / Borche machine experience (advantageous)

  • Familiar with engineering polymers

  • Good mechanical skills and attention to detail

  • Team player with solid communication

  • Strong health & safety awareness
