Job Title: Injection Moulding Setter

Location: Coventry

Shift : Nights Mon-Wed 16:45 – 06:15 (13 hrs shift)

Salary: £36, 000 on days for three months’ probation/ training

£39,000 on nights with shift allowance

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join a fast paced manufacturing team. You’ll be setting, operating and maintaining machines, keeping production running smoothly while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Duties of the Role:

Setting and running injection moulding machines
Installing/removing mould tools
Troubleshooting production issues
Carrying out routine maintenance
Supporting TPM and continuous improvement
Maintaining 5S and good housekeeping
Running new tool trials
Working closely with engineers and quality teams
Ensuring smooth shift handovers

Desired Experience:
Strong mould tool knowledge
Experience with Fanuc robots
Twin-shot / Borche machine experience (advantageous)
Familiar with engineering polymers
Good mechanical skills and attention to detail
Team player with solid communication
Strong health & safety awareness
