Role: Interim Site Supervisor

Salary: £21.36p/h - £24p/h
Hours: 7am - 5pm

Location: Wembley

We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Site Supervisor to provide operational leadership.

Role Overview

You will work alongside an existing Site Supervisor to manage a site operation. Together, you will ensure the site runs smoothly, safely, and in line with regulatory and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Share responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the site as part of a supervisory team
Lead and support staff on your shift, ensuring effective rota coverage and smooth operations
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
Oversee incident management, risk assessments, and compliance with all H&S and environmental standards
Handle staff queries, escalate issues as needed, and liaise with contractors and service partners
Monitor and report on site performance, contributing to service improvements

Essential Skills & Experience

Supervisory experience in a waste or operational site environment
Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
Strong people management and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

Desirable Qualifications

COTC Level 4 (or willingness to achieve within 6 months)
IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification
Understanding of reuse/recycling initiatives and circular economy principles
